Cytat: Acces 2 right lower manifold bolts with 1/4" in drive, 8 in extension throught direction of arrow. Just enough space between inlet pipes. 2. Cytat: Remove 2 x 13mm mounting bolts to allow the exhaust manifold to pull back. When replacing put these bolts in loosely before manifold bolts 3. [quote] M Cytat: ove underneath the car. Remove stay bar bolt. Loosen rear bolt ( No need to remove ) to free stay 4. Cytat: Jack the engine up under sump ( Use wood on jack ). Jack engine up slightly. 2x18mm 15mm bolts 15mm nuts Rotate the bar upwards out of the way 5. Cytat: Back underneath, 13mm bolt on power steering tensioner. Rotate clockwise and remove belt 6. Cytat: It will be easier to acces these bolts with the engine jacked up 7. Cytat: Turn cams to align both marks 8. Cytat: Loosen these bolts so you can pull cam cover out. Make your own crank pulley mark 9. Cytat: Loosen tensioner bolt and remove belt. The cams may move at this stage which isn't a problem as long as you've marked the pulleys. If the crank moves then this is also ok as long as you've already marked its position 10. Cytat: Carefully lossen the head bolts in the order show. Use an E14 socket and ensure that you keep the socket upright as the bolt round easily. You will need to turn the cams slightly to get your socket past webbing on the cams ( Circled ). 11. Cytat: Remove cam bolts. 17mm socket on T-Bar. Give the T-Bar a good clouth anti-clockwise with a hammer to shock the bolts loose. 12. Cytat: Slightly lift the head off 2 dowels, slide bacwards slightly and you can lift the head off 13. Cytat: Block cleaned. I use break cleaner and wire brush on power drill to clean. Clean the head to the same standard. Important: Its essential not to turn the engine over at this stage as you may unseat the cylinde liner's. 14. Cytat: New Gasket and dowels. This is the part 3 steel gasket with a separate shim gasket that goes between the head gasket and block. 15. Cytat: Dowels installed. Note that these are a tight fit. Tap in lightly with wooden block. Note that there are 2 dowels, one either end of block. 16. Cytat: New headgasket - Note marking. 17. Cytat: After fitting cam belt turn throught 2 compete turns and ensure that the marks still line up. Seal cam cover with a thin bead of silicon sealant. Upewnij się że pozbierałeś wszystkie graty, klucze , kubek z kawa, puszki po piwie telefon ,naleśniki i szalik z komory silnika zanim odpalisz silnik .
